Bulk support
The cost of support is presented in the table below.
For each level of support, an organisation can present a certain
number of users to be lisited as "supported users", and
those listed users can register a number of incidents per year.
The higher support levels allow more supported users and more
support incidents per year.

One off support
For one off support calls, where there is no
pre-paid support within an organisation, each individual
support call is charged:
- at zero cost, for any call that lasts
under 5 minutes
- at £50, for calls lasting between
5 minutes and 1 hour
- at £50 per hour, for all subsequent
time
